I'm Mark Jensen, and I started Pioneer Hot Water Works right here in Johnstown over a decade ago. Too often, water heater issues were treated as an afterthought by general plumbers, or folks in Downtown Johnstown were waiting days for service from companies based out of Loveland or even further south.
